PROPOSALS FOR THE PROVISION OF CAYMAN ISLANDS AERIAL SURVEY 2017:

Project Scope: The Lands & Survey Department acting on behalf of the Ministry of District Administration, Planning, Agriculture and Housing, Cayman Islands Government (CIG), invites qualified bidders to submit a fixed priced proposal in US$ for the provision of vertical ortho-rectified digital imagery and associated work as described in the documents which are available online at the link below.

Description of Services: The Department maintains and manages the Government’s Geographic Information Systems, which operates in an ESRI ArcGIS environment. Digital imagery forms a key layer within the system. A new data set to support the land management activity, land surveying activities, road design and construction and property management is now required due to the continuing development of the Cayman Islands. This data will be used in the Department’s Land Information System

Submission Deadline: Proposals must be received before 5:00PM EST (GMT-5) on 27th January 2017 and are to be submitted electronically through the Cayman Islands Government E-Bidding Portal at https://cayman.bonfirehub.com or as specified in the Bid Documents on website above.

Appointment & Re-appointment to the Valuation Panel

Expressions of Interest are sought from suitably experienced Chartered Valuation firms for appointment & re-appointment to the Valuation & Estates Office (VEO) Valuation Panel for the 2016/2017 (effective 1st April 2016 to 31 December 2017).  

The purpose of the Panel is to ensure that all valuations commissioned locally by the Valuation & Estates Office are prepared by suitably qualified and experienced valuers to a recognised standard. 

Applicants must demonstrate that they are fully qualified RICS Registered Valuers working for RICS Regulated Firms and must provide a statement of valuation experience.

Expressions of interest should be received no later than 1pm on Friday 8th April 2016. NOTE: EXTENDED TO 1PM MONDAY 25th, APRIL 2016
