When you need to make a change to your name or address on a Land Register. A separate form is required for each Register that requires changing.
Submission Requirements
In submitting this form you should enclose the following (where applicable):
- Completed submission record, ensuring checklist to the rear of the form is completed
- A Marriage Certificate, Deed Poll, Affadavit or Passport copy (for changes to personal names)
- A Change of Name Certificate (for changes to company names). If multiple changes have occured multiple registrations must occur to reflect the chain of change)
